The problem

The anxiety isn't irrational.
It's just misdirected.

You're not catastrophising — you're paying attention. But the anxiety fixates on job titles instead of actual work. Nobody has helped you look at your work through this lens. Until now.

RoleMorph is built to do exactly that.

The wrong questions people ask

Will a project manager still exist in 5 years? Is my job safe from AI? Should I be worried about ChatGPT? Will data analysts be replaced? Are consultants going to be automated away? What jobs will survive AI? Should I learn to code to stay relevant? Will a project manager still exist in 5 years? Is my job safe from AI? Should I be worried about ChatGPT? Will data analysts be replaced? Are consultants going to be automated away? What jobs will survive AI? Should I learn to code to stay relevant?

The right question

What to actually ask

Which parts of your work are exposed to automation, which are protected, and what do you need to build to stay irreplaceable?

What it is

Not a quiz.
Not a prediction.
A working map.

A structured assessment that analyses your actual tasks — not your job title — and runs them through six research frameworks to produce a personalised career intelligence report.

Because a map — even an imperfect one — beats standing in the dark every time.

How your tasks get classified

Automate

Generating first-draft reports

Augment with AI

Analysing campaign performance

Human-led

Briefing creative partners

How it works

Five steps. About 30 minutes.

The more specifically you describe your work, the sharper your report.

Your role context

Describe your industry, seniority, organisational environment, and what your role is genuinely accountable for. This grounds everything in your actual working reality — not what your LinkedIn profile says.

For example: A Head of People Operations at a 400-person tech company describes her context differently to an HR Business Partner at a bank. Your industry norms, org size, and decision-making authority all shape how AI hits your role.

Your task inventory — inferred, then refined by you

Enter your job title and RoleMorph generates a first-pass task list drawn from our roles library — the largest occupational database available. You then customise it to match your reality: add what's missing, remove what doesn't apply, and adjust how each task is weighted. The more precisely you describe your actual work, the sharper your report.

For example: A marketing manager starts with an inferred list that includes 'Campaign performance analysis,' 'Agency briefing,' 'Content calendar management,' and 'Weekly stand-ups.' She removes a task she's delegated, adds 'Board-level reporting,' and flags that agency briefing takes up 30% of her week. These adjustments directly change how her exposure profile is scored.

AI impact classification

Each task is classified against four categories: automate, augment with AI, human-led, or human judgment required. Classification draws on O*NET work dimensions and current AI capability research.

For example: Monthly campaign reports: 'augment with AI' — AI pulls and summarises the data, you interpret and decide. Briefing the creative agency: 'human-led' — taste, relationship, contextual judgment. Running stand-ups: 'human judgment required' — room dynamics, unspoken tension.

Three future-role scenarios

Three plausible futures: immediate (now–2 years), transitional redesign (2–4 years), and stretch future (4–7 years). Each models a different AI adoption logic — tools augmented, workflows redesigned, or operating model shifted.

For example: A financial analyst: Scenario 1 is 'Senior Analyst — AI-Assisted Insight.' Scenario 3 is 'Finance Intelligence Lead' — you're no longer running models, you're governing AI agents. These aren't predictions. They're planning horizons.

Skills, human edge & your plan

Six exercises excavate the capabilities already in your role — transferable strengths, judgment capabilities, human-edge factors. You get a personalised development plan grounded in what you actually do, not generic career advice.

For example: A senior consultant might discover her human edge sits in EPOCH-O (Opinion, Judgment & Ethics) and EPOCH-H (Hope, Vision & Leadership) — both showing the strongest employment growth under AI adoption in a study of 19,000 tasks.

What we won't tell you

RoleMorph is honest about what it can't do.

RoleMorph does not predict whether your job will be eliminated. No tool can do that reliably — anyone who claims otherwise is selling certainty they don't have.

Scenarios are planning horizons, not forecasts. Economic cycles, regulatory shifts, and your industry's adoption curve can't be fully modelled.

The report does not replace advice from a human who knows your sector. Think of it as the best-prepared brief you could walk into that conversation with.

Classification accuracy depends on how specifically you describe your tasks. Vague inputs produce vague outputs.

Who this is for

Knowledge workers who want clarity, not comfort.

If your work involves thinking, deciding, communicating, advising, creating, or managing people and complexity — this assessment is designed for you.

It works best for people willing to describe their work honestly. Not the job description version. The real version.

The only question left

The question isn't whether AI will change your role.

It already is.

The only question is whether you're going to understand how — or find out the hard way.
