Refund Policy

Overview
RoleMorph sells digital products — specifically AI-generated career analysis reports. Because our product is delivered digitally and generated uniquely for each customer, our refund policy reflects the nature of that delivery.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all RoleMorph transactions. Refund requests are processed through Paddle.
Full Role Report — $29
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase, and
- You have not yet generated your report (i.e. you have not completed the assessment and received your full analysis)
Once your report has been generated and delivered to your account, no refund is available. The digital product has been fully provided at that point.
If you experienced a technical failure that prevented your report from being delivered despite completing the assessment, please contact us within 14 days and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
Additional Analysis Token — $19
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase, and
- The token has not been redeemed by any user
Once a token has been redeemed and used to generate a report, no refund is available.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@rolemorph.com with:
- Your full name and the email address used for purchase
- Your Paddle order number (found in your purchase receipt email)
- A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
Exceptions
We may approve a refund outside the above conditions at our discretion, particularly in cases of:
- Verified technical failure on our end that prevented report delivery
- Duplicate charges
- Fraudulent or unauthorised transactions (contact Paddle directly in this case)
