How the session runs
Three parts, one outcome: everyone knows where they stand and what they'll do about it
First 30–45 minutes
Everyone completes their RoleMorph report, together
Each person works through the assessment on their own role, with me in the room to clarify questions as they come up. Doing it together means the answers are considered, not rushed, and the reports are worth discussing.
About 2 hours
We go through the report and the logic behind it
I take the group through the structure of the report: how tasks are classified, what the exposure means, where the human edge sits and why. This is where the message lands. There's plenty of time for questions about individual results and what they mean for the team.
Final hour
Each person builds their own action plan
Everyone turns their report into a concrete plan, researching the training, courses, mentoring and coaching actually available to them. People leave with next steps they chose, not a generic handout.
