1. About RoleMorph

RoleMorph (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-powered career intelligence platform operated by Theo van der Westhuizen, based in South Africa. RoleMorph provides personalised reports analysing how artificial intelligence may impact your professional role.

By accessing or using rolemorph.com (“the Site”) or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products and services

RoleMorph offers the following digital products:

• Sneak Preview — a free, limited AI analysis based on your job title. No account required.
• Full Role Report ($29 USD) — a comprehensive, task-level AI impact analysis including future career scenarios, skills gap analysis, and a downloadable PDF report.
• Additional Analysis Token ($19 USD) — a single-use token that grants access to one Full Role Report. Tokens may be gifted to another person.

All products are digital in nature and are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Payment and billing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions on this Site. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's own terms of service and privacy policy. RoleMorph does not directly handle or store your payment card details.

Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes (including VAT where required by law) are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.

All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring subscriptions.

4. Delivery of digital products

Upon confirmed payment, access to your Full Role Report is granted immediately through your RoleMorph account. You may complete your assessment and generate your report at any time after purchase. Reports are accessible via your account dashboard and may be downloaded as a PDF.

If you experience any technical issue preventing delivery of your purchased product, please contact us at hello@rolemorph.com within 14 days of purchase.

5. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: refunds are available within 14 days of purchase where the report has not yet been generated. Once a report has been generated and delivered, no refund is available as the digital product has been fully provided.

6. Intellectual property

The RoleMorph platform, including its design, software, AI models, and content, is owned by RoleMorph and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

The content of your individual report is yours. You may use, share, and print your own report for personal and professional purposes.

7. AI-generated content and accuracy

RoleMorph uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised analyses. These analyses are informational and forward-looking in nature. They reflect probabilities and trends based on available data and should not be treated as definitive career advice, legal guidance, or employment predictions.

We make no warranty that the analysis is complete, accurate, or applicable to your specific circumstances. You use the insights at your own discretion.

8. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and completing your assessment. Deliberately false inputs will produce unreliable results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoleMorph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its products, including but not limited to loss of earnings, career decisions made based on report content, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
